 libopenmpi-dbg depends on openmpi-bin (= 1.3.2-3ubuntu1); however:

  Package openmpi-bin is not configured yet.

dpkg: error processing libopenmpi-dbg (--configure):

 dependency problems - leaving unconfigured

** Package changed: update-manager (Ubuntu) => openmpi (Ubuntu)

   openmpi-bin will not install
