Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Upstream has included the dependency on aolserver4-daemon

Changelog entries since current lucid version 0.8-3ubuntu1:

aolserver4-nsldap (0.8-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * Now depends on new ABI interface infrastructure via substvar
    ${aolserver:Depends} as provided by aolserver4-dev >= 4.5.1-5
  * Policy bumped to 3.8.2 (no changes).
