Thanks for your interest in Quickly.
The issue is not in Quickly itself but in python-mkdebian which is part of python-distutilsextra.

In fact, this module isn't a directory containing feedparser/__init__.py
but you only have /usr/share/pyshared/feedparser.py file. As pitti is
working on it, I'm proposing a merge request on it.
