Hi guys
I feel that my problem is that the synaptic always choose ncu.dl.sourceforge.net as the downloading source. The server seems to be unavailable and the synaptic never tries another server. If there is a way to change the source the problem might be resolved. FYI this is the closest server to my place, that's why it got selected, but unfortunately it seems inactive.
