[Bug 482326] [NEW] No logout/closedown except using ctrl-alt-del

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: virtualbox-ose

Since I upgraded to the latest Ubuntu, I have been unable to close down
my machine other than ctrl-alt-del. Where has the shortcut gone to the
close down/log off/hibernate etc?

I am not a techie so have no idea which package etc I am in. I just need
a nice, user-friendly interface back once again!
