[Bug 458621] Re: msttcorefonts fails to download fonts from sf.net : locations at sf.net have changed

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and trying to help make Ubuntu better.  
This is not a bug, the urls in the package are redirected to the nearest mirror and the address you're pointing to. 

for exemple the following command succeed in downloading arial32.exe:
LANG= wget http://downloads.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/corefonts/arial32.exe
--2009-11-12 23:11:05--  http://downloads.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/corefonts/arial32.exe
