Please sync snack 2.2.10-dfsg1-9 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

  * jkFormatMP3.c: #include <math.h> before definition of roundf() to
    fix FTBFS (LP: #437336).

-> Accepted to Debian, their package builds in Ubuntu now.

Changelog entries since current lucid version 2.2.10-dfsg1-8ubuntu1:

snack (2.2.10-dfsg1-9) unstable; urgency=low

  * Added patch which makes snack build with glibc 2.10 (closes: #548641).
  * Use quilt for patch management.
  * Bumped standards version to 3.8.3.
