[Bug 481046] [NEW] Ode bindings look for wong file

Public bug reported:

I'm trying to use Ode in my Mono application using Karmic. I have
version 2:0.11-4 of 'libode1' and 2.1.svn20090801-1 of 'libtaoframework-
ode0.9-cil'.

I've added references to Tao.Ode and when I try to debug my application
I receive an exception:

DllNotFoundException: libode.so.0debian1

'libode1' doesn't supply this file (it provides 'libode.so.1.1.0' -
which is probably compatible). I'm not sure why Tao Framework's Ode
bindings are packaged but don't depend on an Ode that supplies the
correct shared object.
