[Bug 480596] [NEW] Incompatible extention 'Google Gears' in Firefox 3.5

Binary package hint: gears

I got a error message on Firefox 3.5.4 (Karmic 32 Bit) which is
complaining about the incompatible extentions 'Google Gears' (please see
attached picture).

First I got this message with the manually installed Google Gears.
Without using the one in the repository. I thought that might be the
problem but I get this message also with the gears from the repository
(which seems to be the same version). I got this message after the
update to 3.5.4 but I'm not 100% sure if 3.5.3 was affected too.

The funny thing is that it is working. I tried the Google Reader offline
mode and it did the job.

Anybody with the same problem?
