Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: wine1.2

Sometimes when starting Death rally's Windows version the sounds are
very poor. There are some sounds and they can be recognized but they are
definately wrong, having stops of some kind a couple of times per
second. When starting the Wine from command line the only difference in
output is "mmap() failed: Cannot allocate memory" when the sounds are
ok. Apport was called when sounds weren't working.
