Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: apparmor

Ubuntu 9.10
MySQL 5.1.37

AppArmor 2.3.1+1403-0ubuntu27.1

SQL: " TRUNCATE TABLE `permission` "
Error: " #1451 - Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails (temp file operation failed) "

When removing rows, I get het error "temp file operation failed". I
found on the internet that "/etc/init.d/apparmor stop" would help and it
did. It might look like https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/351275, but
because that is fixes in 9.10, I think not.

** Affects: apparmor (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
