[Bug 111055] Re: Camorama ftp filename time unrecognized

I'm using 9.10 and I still see the problem.  The FTP portion works and the file gets uploaded, but the filename is garbage.
Note : when saving file as .png, the extension gets lost too.

Sample file names:

Webcam-\215\343\370J.jpeg
Webcam-\232\343\370J\300\300\022  (.png file)
Webcam-\234\343\370J\330)\023 (.png file)


BTW - to delete these bogus files, cd to the directory and do : rm -i *  (answer "y" to the files you want to delete)
