My symptoms match this bug, the problem itself was introduced maybe 2-4
weeks ago.

And the problem is that swap remains in use after hibernate. I can do
one succesfull hibernation, but afterwards there is "not enough swap"
for a second one.

I have 2 GB of RAM and 2 GB of swap. After the first succesfull
hibernate swap usage was at around 1.3 GB and decreasing slowly for a
while. After the second failed attempt, swap usage is about 1.6 GB and
remains fixed.
