[Bug 478932] [NEW] python-beautifulsoup should have some docs

Public bug reported:

python-beautifulsoup doesn't include no docs (besides the docstrings). 
Including http://www.crummy.com/software/BeautifulSoup/documentation.html or at least pointing to that page in README.Debian would make the module easier to use for programmers
