Looks like the new version of aqbanking does not read the settings file
created by the old version. the old file (jaunty) was at
~/.aqbanking/settings.conf

The new files at at ~/.aqbanking/settings/users and
~/.aqbanking/settings/accounts

After upgrading to karmic and allowing it to remove all the 'unsupported
by ubuntu' packages, I was able to get online banking working by adding
new users and accounts in the online setup wizard.  So I am all set now.
