hi,
the workaround "install 'libapache2-mod-perl2-dev' before 'otrs2' doesent work with my system. Both install routines ends with the otrs2 error:

Perhaps the DBD::mysql perl module hasn't been fully installed,
or perhaps the capitalisation of 'mysql' isn't right.
