[Bug 472824] Re: Change defaults for 'requestsync' and 'pull-debian-source' to 'testing'

I have just installed ubuntu-dev-tools from karmic-proposed. Both pull-
debian-source and requestsync are correctly using 'testing' instead of
'unstable' as the default setting. I was able to successfully download a
source package from Debian testing with pull-debian-source, as well as
successfully request a sync from Debian testing.
