[Bug 477787] [NEW] Transmission is not downloading or uploading and every time brings up files wich i deleted, and don't need anymore

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: transmission

Ubuntu 9.10 64bit installed on ntfs win7 partition with wubi. Actualy upgrade from wubi installed 9.04
Transmission 1.75 bulid 9117.
I add a torrent file and would expect to get some activity finding peers etc...but no...only zero's
Connection is ok.
Firewall i do not use.
Browsing, mail, amule, ftp transfer...are working perfectly.
.....
And if i choose Delete files and Remove
next time i start Transmission they are there...i think all of them.

That is it.
