Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. Ubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy Gibbon) reached EOL on April 18th, 2009.
Please see this document for currently supported Ubuntu releases:

Please open a new bugreport if you find this problem with any other
releases. Please note that the latest and recommended ClamAV version is
0.95.3 which will be available in a couple of days on Karmic/Jaunty in
-updates and it is available on Intrepid/Hardy/Dapper in -backports.
