[Bug 476648] [NEW] Gkrellm app does not remember/obey 'only on this workspace' setting Ubuntu 9.10

gkrellm 2.3.2-4ubuntu2 (installed from Ubuntu repository)
Compiz effects disabled
Nvidia accelerated driver v185

Although Gkrellm does remember the 'last position on desktop' setting,
each time I open it it resets to 'Always on visible workspace.'

If I change the setting to 'Only on this workspace', and then move to
another workspace, it works for one workspace change; that is, it will
not appear in the newly-moved-to-workspace *the first time I move.* If I
move back to the workspace containing gkrellm, then my 'only on this
workspace' setting changes back to 'Always on visible workspace.'

Minor, but very annoying.
