[Bug 476326] [NEW] low quality 16x16 'favicon' style icons for prism-* webapp .desktop entries

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: prism

the prism-* webapp packages install .desktop entries in the menu that
use the low-quality 16x16 .png files seemingly grabbed from the favicon
entry of each website

1) these look badly out of place compared with the much higher quality
icons around them

2) the licensing terms of these icons would seemingly be unknown?

recommend that they are replaced with high quality .svg or 128x128 .png
versions with appropriate license and attribution
