[Bug 475905] [NEW] System Settings / Global Keyboard Shortcuts - cannot use keypad keys

Public bug reported:

In system-settings/global keyboard shortcuts I want to assign
keypad/numpad keys but when I click on "custom" and it displays
"input..." it shows that I've clicked the non-keypad/numpad variant.

For example I can't assign Meta-keypad+ global shortcut to Amarok - it
thinks I meant Meta-+.

What's even more confusing is that Meta-+ doesn't work at all, but
Meta-- does.

And just for chuckles if you try to assign Meta-+ to Amarok/increase
volume, where the default is Meta-+ anyway, it complains that Meta-+ is
already assigned!
