I have attempted to install bugzilla3 onto a clean 9.10 Karmic system
and this error was the result.

I then attempted to install using a VirtualBox instance of 9.10 (created
for the purpose), installed the LAMP stack without issue and attempted
to install bugzilla again - same result.
