[Bug 475211] [NEW] printing not supported in monodevelop

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: monodevelop

I cannot print source code from monodevelop.

How to reproduce:
1. Load a .cs file in monodevelop.
2. Look at the file menu.

Print and Print Preview is greyed out.

I tried this for .cs and .txt files.
