[Bug 474101] Re: Wrong encoding and identify type language

I am not certain how this is a bug (particularly for sun-java6).  It
identifies the file ParseSeparatedData.java file correctly as java
source code.  Without the java headers, java programs look a lot like
C++ programs, so I am not surprised that the file program thought that
Test.java was a C++ source code.
