[Bug 473786] [NEW] Boa Constructor inspector doesn't show items (grid lines, ... for more, text when clicking)

To Reproduce.

1. No grid lines in frame designer
2. When using the designer and inspector, if you click on a item which is able to toggle status (Boolean is a good example), you dont see the font change. Clicking away shows you that it does change.
3. In the inspector, for some fields that have the ... to bring up a selection box, you dont see the ... (clicking on the right corner does bring up the box).  Font is an example of this.

Running up to date Karmic system with Boa from repo and from CVS.

(Not sure if its relevant, but I am using wx2.8 and not 2.6).
