[Bug 473764] [NEW] Konqueror stopped saving cookies

KUbuntu 9.10 Karmic (i386)

After working fine for a while, Konqueror stopped saving and sending
cookies. I have the setting to ask me every time, but Konqueror neither
asks anything, nor sends cookies, even the ones that are visible in the
'Management' tab of the Cookies settings. This is not bug  #334704,
because I see no error messages when I start Konqueror from the command
line, and the settings panel renders normally.
