Steps to reproduce this issue:

gwibber 2.0.0~bzr476-0ubuntu3 
Karmic up to date (upgrade from a Jaunty Installation)     

1)Open gwibber
2) Add a twitter account
3) Clic on replies (of twitter account of course)
4) When load main page, clic right mouse button and clic in "reload".
5) A error message appear that said (you could see attached screenshot):

Unable to load page
Problem occurred while loading the URL file:///usr/share/gwibber/ui/themes/default
