i used to run windows xp professional on virtual box properly , but once i upgrade to ubuntu 9.10 it doesnot start 
it boot until the welcome message appers for few seconds, then it crash and show a blue windows and reboot again and again.

if i chose run on last fine sitting it boot fain.
i check the hardware and it shows that the processor is not working fine,then i down load the drive from intel website and install it but when i run it it crach and give me the blue window again and reboot.

as i said it was working fine before ubuntu 9.10 ,

so the problem seems to be in processor drive.
