[Bug 472918] [NEW] Applet does not respect a size of 1 with 2 items

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: quick-lounge-applet

To reproduce:
Open the lauchers list preferences
Add 2 launcher entries to the list 
Set the "Size" values to 1 (Minimum of 1 columns maximum of 1 and 1 rows)

Note that 2 icons are shown, not one with a menu

If you add a third item, even a separator, it works
