[Bug 472824] [NEW] Change defaults for 'requestsync' and 'pull-debian-source' to 'testing'

As Lucid will auto-sync with Debian testing, requestsync and pull-
debian-source needs to be modified to assume 'testing' by default
(instead of unstable).
