[Bug 470562] [NEW] faad can't read from standard input (stdin)

Public bug reported:

Runnning:
faad -
dies with error: "Error opening file: -".

But the standard behaviour should be to read from standard input.

This is the behaviour of: oggdec, mpg321, lame, twolame, mencoder, mplayer, flac, etc.
And most importantly faac (which seems like it is by the same developers as faad).

P.S. I need this functionality to get ezstream to work with aac
properly.
