[Bug 469999] [NEW] Adjusting MythTV GUI size makes XFCE Menu visible

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mythtv-frontend

If you adjust the GUI Offset or size of the mythfrontend then the XFCE
menu is always visible, including when playing back video.

To reproduce navigate the following menus

Utilties/Setup -> Settings -> Appearance -> Next

Now adjust the GUI X Offset, save your settings, and restart the MythTV
Frontend application.
