Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kolabd

Current Karmic, fresh server 64bit install
kolabd version: 2.2.2-20090514-1

Tried two nights till now.

kolabd: C Error: Unable to bind to DN `cn=manager,cn=internal,dc=local,dc=domain'
-kolab kolabd: C Error: Unable to find kolab object `k=kolab,dc=local,dc=domain'
 kolabd: Kolab is starting up
kolabd: Y Error: Unable to authenticate with Cyrus admin interface, Error = `'
kolabd: K Error: Can't call method "code" on an undefined value at /usr/share/perl5/Kolab/LDAP.pm line 346, <DATA> line 922.

In my understanding, a "sudo kolab_bootstrap" should fill ldap with
required information.

still, everytime i run kolab_bootstrap, i am getting

LDAP repository is empty - assuming fresh install

Thanks for help on fixing this.

** Affects: kolabd (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
