[Bug 469677] [NEW] failed to execute program sync engine

Public bug reported:

I have installed SynCE Tray Icon 0.13. When i right click on icon it shows the htc touch diamond machine but will not create a partnership with it. Keep getting this notice: "Failed to retrieve partnership information:Failed to execute program /usr/bin/sync-engine:success"
Can you help please?
