After a problem regarding the same package during the update to Karmic
Koala (installation failed), when APT was asked to install the same
package I recieved the following advice:

Non è possibile installare Microsoft Core Fonts su questo tipo di
computer (i386)

L'applicazione richiede delle particolari impostazioni hardware oppure
il produttore ha deciso di non supportare il tipo di computer in uso.
