[Bug 469264] [NEW] plone3-site or zope-plone3 wont install due to depends problem

Binary package hint: zope-plone3

When I try to install plone3-site package I get the following error
message.

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  plone3-site: Depends: zope-plone3 (= 3.1.7-1) but it is not going to be installed
               Depends: zope2.10 but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages

If I try to install zope-plone3 I get the following error.

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  zope-plone3: Depends: zope2.10 but it is not going to be installed
               Depends: zope-externaleditor (>= 0.9.3-2) but it is not going to be installed
               Recommends: zope-linguaplone (>= 2.0) but it is not going to be installed
               Recommends: zope-cachefu (>= 1.1) but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages

I have tried to install these packages on both i386 and amd64 version of
Ubuntu 9.10
