[Bug 468655] [NEW] Unable to save bookmarks in rekonq, Insufficient permisssions in target directory.

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rekonq

1) The release of Ubuntu: Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala
2) The version of rekonq: rekonq 0.2.0, installed through Software Center
3) When i clicked "Add bookmark" from the toolbar i expected to add a bookmark.
4) Instead error was shown, attached below. 

I also have plenty of free space so last sentence in this bug
description is inappropriate.
