[Bug 467723] [NEW] supplied example conf file doesn't quote newzbin username and password leading to a crash when real credentials are entered

Binary package hint: hellanzb

In the /etc/hallanzb.conf supplied with the package the
Hellanzb.NEWZBIN_USERNAME and hellanzb.NEWZBIN_PASSWORD options don't
have their values quoted, but quotes are necessary. At least they were
for me with my username and password. I put them in single quotes, and
it fixed it for me.
