[Bug 382244] [NEW] no indication when plugins are needed to play mp3 files

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: banshee

With Banshee installed into a clean Karmic install, it just displays a
little orange X icon next to mp3 files. It can play oggs with no
problems so I presume this is because it doesn't have a plugin for this
format. Unlike other Ubuntu programs, it doesn't give me a dialog to
install the missing software.
