[Bug 382218] [NEW] wicd.log read permissions still wrong

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: wicd

According to the source package bug #503749 was closed since the
ownership of wicd.log is now root:admin. However, the file attribute is
still 600, i.e. group has no read permissions. Thus, wicd.log cannot be
displayed using System Log unless the attribute is changed manually.
This is for Wicd 1.5.9.  on Ubuntu 8.10 running 64bit 2.6.27-12.
