[Bug 381857] [NEW] translation (german) doesn't work

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: qtiplot

German translation simply didn't work though /usr/share/qtiplot/translations/qtiplot_de.qm was in place.
qtiplot 0.9.7-1 on up-to-date kubuntu jaunty

Fix: Recompiling qtiplot_de.ts with lrelease-qt3 and replacing .qm makes
translations work just fine.
