[Bug 381682] [NEW] Need to produce bcmwl-modaliases package

Public bug reported:

Currently Jockey is unable to know when to install bcmwl-kernel-source
in Karmic.  The bcmwl source package needs to produce a bcmwl-modaliases
package for Jockey to depend upon to allow this to happen.  Inside this
modaliases package a flat text file will provide the modalias
information in the standard Jockey location.
