The way I 'fixed' this bug, is to set the Default Sample Rate to 48000
Hz.  Can you try that to see if it resolves the issue for you?  If so,
at least we know what's causing the problem.

Edit --> Preferences --> Quality --> Default Sample Rate --> 48000 Hz
