Trying to install libcv1-dev. ( karmic 9.10 )

#  sudo apt-get install libcv-dev

The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 libcv-dev: Depends: libhighgui-dev (= 1.0.0-6.1ubuntu1) but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages

# sudo apt-get install libhighgui-dev

The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 libhighgui-dev: Depends: libavcodec-dev (>= 0.cvs20050918-2) but it is not going to be installed
                 Depends: libavformat-dev but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages


The dependencies go continue.
BTW. Also added bug to MAT_, but don't know if it was right place
