[Bug 380883] [NEW] Doesn't set viewport for Songbird

If I set up Songbird to go to any viewport (in my case, I have to use
viewport not workspace), it won't work.  I also tried setting my
Workspace switcher to 4x1 instead of 2x2 to test if it's related to my
earlier bug report
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/devilspie/+bug/380880) but it
isn't.

What I noticed when loading Songbird is that, it loads up in the 'Desk'
where the "Starting Songbird" task is located or maybe it is stealing
the attention of the user once it loads up.

I tried both "Songbird" and "songbird" as it may be with the
capitalization, but to no avail.
