Thank you for reporting this bug, but I suppose there are no further
problems.

>From what I can tell this is what happens:
1. virtualbox-ose gets updated, restarts and fails (virtualbox-ose-source has not been updated yet to provide the new kernel module)
2. virtualbox-ose-source gets installed (and reloads the new kernel module)
3. Profit!

I agree that the "fail" message looks scary, but there appears to be no
solution, except virtualbox-ose depending on virtualbox-ose-source (see
bug 374317).
