[Bug 380542] [NEW] Couldn't publish keys to server -- Error decoding keyblock

Binary package hint: seahorse

Like subject sheahorse don't publish my keys. A workaround out there?
PS: I note that  on keys named in Greek language(like Χαραλαμπος) i just publish a key with my name in Latin(like Charalampos) in pgp.mit.edu keyserver. Is that a possible cause of malfunction?
