[Bug 380430] [NEW] With Compiz, unhiding Gimp palettes moves them

Steps to reproduce:
I'm using Compiz and Gimp, and I press tab twice to hide and unhide Gimp's palettes.

What I expect:
The palettes should appear where I left them.

What happens:
The palettes appear about the height of the title bar below where they were.
