[Bug 304958] Re: Network manager handles teredo interface inappropriately

Miredo should restart whenever the networking interface comes up. The
OpenSSH-server package does this by putting a script inside
"/etc/network/if-up.d", and I believe doing the same thing for Miredo
would make Miredo restart as needed automatically.
